Kyrgyzstan documents 127 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Sept. 24, 2020. /Kabar/. As of Sept. 24, number of confirmed coronavirus cases has reached 45,757 in Kyrgyzstan. According to the report of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, 127 new cases were registered over the past 24 hours. Among the new cases, 6 are medical workers’ contamination. Thus, a total of 3,214 medics contracted coronavirus infection, 2,896 of them have recovered. Number of nationwide recoveries from novel coronavirus has climbed to 42,005 on Thursday as another 107 patients are reported to beat the disease. No fatality related to COVID-19 coronavirus infection have been recorded in Kyrgyzstan, the death toll stands at 1,063. At present, 591 Kyrgyzstanis are receiving treatment in hospitals, and 1,651 – at home.
