Kyrgyzstan confirms 191 new coronavirus cases

Bishkek, May 24, 2021 . / Kabar /. In the last 24 hours, 191 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection were registered across Kyrgyzstan. The Health Ministry of the republic reported that a total of 102,702 Kyrgyzstanis were tested positive for coronavirus since the beginning of the pandemic. Number of recoveries has climbed to 96,119 after 308 patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have recovered in the past day. According to the latest data, treatment in hospitals of the country is provided to 1,571 patients, while 2,228 people are being treated at home. In the past day, coronavirus claimed lives of 7 more Kyrgyzstanis, taking the nationwide death toll to 1,757.
