Kyrgyzstan’s new PM holds his first meeting with Government’s Office staff

Bishkek, Oct. 12, 2020. /Kabar/. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov held Monday a working meeting with heads of structural units of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. According to the press service of the Government, Zhaparov noted the country is on the verge of major political and economic reforms. "It is important to preserve stability for further development of the country. All state bodies should work in the normal mode. The tasks facing us, including optimization of the state management system and reduction of bureaucratic obstacles, implementation of measures to restore economic activity and support of business, should be solved in a short time," he said. As a result of the meeting, structural subdivisions of the Government’s Office were given a number of instructions, including on: - ensuring stable getting through autumn-winter season; - taking measures to combat the spread of coronavirus infection; - organization of a meeting with representatives of the business community; - holding a meeting with donor organizations; - ensuring timely payment of social benefits; - implementing programs for fiscal and customs procedures; - ensuring public and food security.
