Kyrgyz specialists to be trained in Belarus on animal identification through IT

Bishkek, March 3, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz specialists will be trained in Belarus on animal identification through IT. Such an agreement was reached at the meeting of Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Belarus Ermek Ibraimov with Deputy Minister - Director of the Department of Veterinary and Food Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus Ivan Smilgin, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic said. Taking into account the vast experience of Belarus in the creation, functioning and development of the state information system for identification, registration, traceability of farm animals based on information technologies, as well as regulation at the legislative level of control and traceability of products of animal origin, Ibraimov informed the Belarusian side about the proposal to train Kyrgyz specialists in the field of legal and financial framework for animal identification. For his part, Smilgin expressed the readiness of the Belarusian side to train Kyrgyz specialists in the veterinary service and share experience. During the meeting, the issues of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and the implementation of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Protocol of the 9th meeting of the intergovernmental Kyrgyz-Belarusian commission on trade and economic cooperation were discussed.
