Kyrgyz parliamentary delegation arrives in St. Petersburg to participate in IPA CIS meeting

Bishkek, April 15, 2021. / Kabar /. The delegation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, headed by Speaker Talant Mamytov, arrived in St. Petersburg (Russia) to participate in the meeting of the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS) and the 52nd plenary session of the IPA CIS, the press service of parliament reported. The parliamentary delegation will take part in the international conference “Global challenges and threats in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Terrorism and Violent Extremism”. Within the framework of the session, meetings of the IPA CIS permanent commissions on political issues and international cooperation, on economics and finance will be held, as well as bilateral meetings between the heads of parliamentary delegations are planned. In addition, Speaker Talant Mamytov is scheduled to meet with compatriots living in St. Petersburg.
