Japanese companies are ready to open IT school in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, March 1, 2021 / Kabar /. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Ulukbek Maripov received Ambassador of Japan to the Kyrgyz Republic Shigeki Maeda, the government’s press service said.
During the meeting, the sides discussed topical issues of further development of bilateral cooperation.
The prime minister noted that the Kyrgyz government pays close attention to creating conditions for work and protecting investors.
Both sides stressed the importance of deepening cooperation in business, IT technologies, agriculture, tourism and in other areas.
In turn, Shigeki Maeda noted that there is a great potential for cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Japan and added that Japanese companies are ready to open a school in Kyrgyzstan for teaching children programming and IT technologies.
In conclusion, the sides agreed to further intensify and expand bilateral Kyrgyz-Japanese cooperation.
