Fire in Parliament building in Bishkek localized

Bishkek, Oct. 6, 2020 / Kabar /. The fire in the Parliament building of Kyrgyzstan, where the country’s parliament and the presidential office are located, has been was localized at 7:49 a.m. local time, according to the Ministry of Emergencies. The work is underway to extinguish the fire, the ministry said. A fire broke out inside the building. Protesters seized the Parliament building on Tuesday morning after demonstrations against parliamentary elections results. Several political parties, who lost in the parliamentary elections organized protest actions in the capital city of Kyrgyzstan on Monday demanding to annul the elections results, which resulted in clashes between protesters and security officials.
