COVID-19: Kyrgyzstan reports 44,100 recoveries

Bishkek, Oct. 9, 2020. /Kabar/. 140 more patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have cured in Kyrgyzstan, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said Friday. Thus, a total of 44, 097 Kyrgyzstanis have recovered from novel coronavirus since the beginning of the pandemic. As of Oct. 9, Kyrgyzstan confirmed 275 new COVID-19 cases, raising the tally of infections to 48,617. 4 new death is reported over the last 24 hours, in total the pandemic has so far claimed the lives of 1,077 people in Kyrgyzstan. Currently, 1,456 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 1,533 patients - at home.
