COVID-19: Kyrgyzstan’s number of recovering patients outnumbers new viral infections

Bishkek, Aug. 24, 2020. /Kabar/. As of Aug. 24, another 218 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of novel coronavirus, the press service of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 reported. A total of 36 thousand 615 patients have recovered in Kyrgyzstan since the beginning of the pandemic. The country's tally of COVID-19 cases reached 43,126 on Monday Wednesday with 103 new cases reported in the last day. Meanwhile, one virus related death has been registered in the past day, raising the death toll to 1,057.
