Baku in Azerbaijan, Minsk in Belarus, Almaty in Kazakhstan, Yerevan in Armenia, Astana in Kazakhstan, Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan, Tashkent in Uzbekistan, Chisinau in Moldova, Dushanbe in Tajikistan and Ashgabat in Turkmenistan are among the top ten CIS cities among Russian tourists this summer. The most inexpensive summer tours in the CIS are to Chisinau and Bishkek. Baku and Astana lead in weekend and shopping tours. The rating is based on the analysis of the popularity of tourist trips in summer. According to data of Turstat, tourists come to CIS cities in summer on average for two days and then rest at resorts. On average, Russian tourists spend on holidays in the cities and resorts of the CIS countries from $ 50 to $ 100 per day for accommodation and meals.
