You are proud of your parents and teachers, and they also believe that in the future you will make a big contribution to the development of the state," the president began his speech. He stressed that the development of the country's education system is a priority direction of state policy, and here the main emphasis is on quality and uniformity. "You represent the highest result of work in this direction. Knowledge will help you to make a worthy competition and open doors for you to the world.
