Another 134 Kyrgyz citizens beat coronavirus, total at 39,960

Bishkek, Sept. 7, 2020. /Kabar/. In the past day, another 134 patients throughout Kyrgyzstan have cured of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, Deputy Health Minister of the republic Nurbolot Usenbayev told a news briefing Monday. A total of 39 thousand 960 Kyrgyzstanis have recovered from novel coronavirus since the outbreak of the virus. As of Sept. 7, the country reported 44,458 COVID-19 after 55 new cases of infection were detected in the previous day. Currently, 601 COVID-19 patients are still in hospitals and 3,004 patients are receiving treatment at home. No new death from COVID-19 was registered in the past 24 hours. The nationwide death toll stands at 1,061. Kyrgyzstan's COVID-19 daily infections have been falling below 100 since Aug. 31, after they once hit a record 1,654 cases on July 17.
