43,137 Kyrgyzstanis cured of novel coronavirus

Bishkek, Oct. 2, 2020. /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, 154 more patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 coronavirus infection have recovered in the past day, Deputy Health Minister of the country Nurbolot Usenbayev said during a daily news briefing. A total of 43,137 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of novel coronavirus since the outbreak of the virus. The total number of COVID-19 cases in Kyrgyzstan rose to 47,056 on Friday, after an overnight registration of 215 new cases. The death toll stands at 1,065, no death was registered over the past day. Currently, 910 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 1,489 patients - at home. According to data of the Republican HQ for Combating COVID-19, the current recovery rate of coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan is 91,6 percent and the fatality rate is 2,2 percent.
