162 new COVID-19 cases reported in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Jan. 20, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan on Wednesday reported 165 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases after conducting 2,692 tests within a day, bringing the number of total cases to 83,430. The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that 4,161 cases out of the total number of infected are medical workers, including 4,066 recoveries. 124 more recoveries and two more deaths were registered over the past day, taking the counts to 79,373 and 1,392 respectively, the headquarters said. 726 patients are being treated in hospitals throughout the country and 1,010 patients receiving treatment at home.
