116 new COVID-19 cases detected in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Feb. 3, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported on Wednesday 116 new COVID-19 cases, raising the tally of infections to 84,762. Ainura Akmatova, head of the public health care department of the country's health ministry, told at a briefing that 130 people recovered over the past day, taking the national count 81,232. She said that unfortunately, one new COVID-19 related death is registered over the past day, taking the death toll to 1,415. Currently, 533 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals, 293 of them are in Bishkek and 646 patients - at home throughout the country. The country conducted 3,689 tests in the last 24 hours.
