Iranian weaver unveils high-end carpet for 2022 World Cup
Tehran, IRNA – An Iranian weaver of hand-made carpets has unveiled a high-end silk rug with images and signs of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Siavash Ghaed Rahimi, from Semirom, in the central Iranian province of Isfahan, is planning to supply the 3*1 mt carpet to organizers of the world cup tournament in Qatar.
Ghaed Rahimi told IRNA that he is also planning to weave a new version of the carpet containing images related to Argentina’s championship in the World Cup.
