Youth City 2030 closing ceremony on Thursday

Manama, Aug.26 (BNA): The curtain will fall on Thursday on the Youth City 2030 at a closing ceremony that starts at 07:00 pm at the Youth City 2030 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre in Manama. The event will be held under the patronage of His Majesty’s Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, also Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President. The General Organization for Youth and Sport (GOYS) organized Youth City 2030 in tandem, with the strategic partner, the Labour Fund (Tamkeen). HH Shaikh Nasser will tour the Youth City Exhibition as part of the programme which includes two films which document this year’s events and activities and showcase success stories. Outstanding students will also be honoured as part of the ceremony, along with the parties that supported the event.
