Yemeni President Meets Special Envoy of French President

Doha, May 06 (QNA) -Yemeni President Abd Rabu Mansour Hadi met her today with the Special Envoy of French President, and Director of Middle East Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, John Francois Guido. Talks during the meeting dealt with the bilateral relations and developments in Yemen. President Hade described his country's relation with France as developed in all fields including security coordination, pointing out that French companies should invest in all domain in Yemen in particular the electricity generation sector because his country is requiring generation of five thousand megawatts. He pointed out that his country is going ahead to realize aspirations and ambitions via outcomes of the expected comprehensive national accord for establishing the good governance, a civic modern state, noting that the Yemeni people struggled to put an end to chaos and crises. Meanwhile, the French President's representative renewed his country support and solidarity with Yemen to enable it succeed in passing through the interim stage and provide the required assistance in different domains . He said that France backs and lauded all Yemeni President measures and decisions that he has taken to ensure the success of the GCC states' initiative and its executive mechanism which found support at the regional and international arenas. The advent of the national dialogue, which Yemen adopted to reach a collective and comprehensive national vision for the security, stability and territorial integrity, is representing a unique success.
