wqaf Ministry Launches Masjid Phone

A Doha, July 31 (QNA) - On the sidelines of Ramadan Tent activities, the Ministry of Awqaf (Endowments) and Islamic Affairs has launched the second version of the application Massaged (Mosques) Phone for smart phone which is developed by the Information Systems Department at the Ministry. This application enables users to locate All the mosques in Qatar by using Global Positioning System (GPS) and helps navigate the way to any mosque. The Director of Information Systems at the Ministry of Awqaf Abdul Rahman Al Marri said that the application has many more features such as Quibble (Make Direction) locator, prayer time and General information about the State of Qatar.
