World Vision Mongolia presents necessary healthcare equipment to local emergency commission

Selenge /MONTSAME/. In partnership with World Vision Mongolia, the Governor’s Office of Selenge aimag is implementing cautionary measures against COVID-19 infection. On April 18, the programme team of World Vision Mongolia in Selenge aimag presented necessary healthcare equipment worth MNT 11.8 million to the Emergency Commission of the aimag. In the past two months, food assistance has been provided for 950 households, and livestock fodder has been provided for 210 households in Selenge aimag. Hand soap and sanitizers have also been presented to over 5,000 children in prevention of the infection, and 150 boxes of disinfectants and sprays have been presented to educational institutes and government organizations. Furthermore, other necessary assistance has also been presented to 19 institutions that provide healthcare and government services as well as school dormitories.
