Works minister receives municipalities affairs undersecretary

Manama, Jan. 27 (BNA): Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf received here today the Municipalities Affairs Undersecretary Dr. Nabeel Abul Fath, the General Manager of the Capital Secretariat Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of Urban Planning and Development Authority Wael Nasser Mubarak, representatives of work teams applying the quality programme in the ministry and representatives of the company that awards the French quality certificate Bureau Veritas. The minister expressed his encouragement for the programmes aimed at upgrading the ministry's services and commended the efforts exerted at implementing the quality management programme. The General Manager of the Capital Secretariat expressed thanks for the efforts of the quality management directorate at the ministry and internal audit team for their role at receiving the certificate ISO 9001. The minister expressed thanks to all the participants and praised the fruitful cooperation that led to this achievement, wishing them further success.
