Works minister receives Italian ambassador

Manama, Jan. 12 (BNA): Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister, Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Alberto Vecchi. The minister lauded the historic bilateral ties in all fields, commended the ambassador's efforts in bolstering these ties, wishing him all success. The ambassador expressed gratitude and appreciation to the minister for his support and assistance, praised the plans, programmes and projects undertaken by the ministry, wishing Bahrain further advancement, development and progress under the wise leadership.
