Doha, March 08 (QNA) - The Department of Meteorology warning today that fresh to strong northwesterly winds is expected to continue affecting the area, with speed ranging between 18 to 25 knots, reaching 30 knots at times, increasing on Saturday to 20 to 30 knots reaching 35 knots. The sea state will be 2 to 4 feet on the coast and from 8 to 10 feet reaching 14 feet at places (on Saturday) offshore. The maximum temperature expected will be between 23 to 26 Deg C. and minimum between 14 to 17 Deg C., which means the temperature will be the monthly averages for the month o f March by mid next week. A warning of strong northwesterly winds and high seas is still in force till the evening of next Sunday. (QNA)
