VIVA role in developing telecommunication sector praised

Manama, Nov. 19 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace today Chief Executive of Saudi Telecom Company (STC) Dr. Khalid bin Hussain Biyari, the board members and Chief Executive of VIVA telecommunications company Alyan Al-Wateed. He commended the role of STC in developing the telecommunication sector in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, through VIVA, pointing out the great care given by the government to this sector to provide a favourable climate for investors and optimise services.
