Baghdad (NINA) 23, March : Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari discussed with Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir on the sidelines of the meeting of the international coalition to defeat Daesh held in Washington, DC, the bilateral relations and the development witnessed during the past period, and ways to deepen them and open new horizons for joint cooperation in all fields. The two sides agreed, according to a statement by the Foreign Ministry, on "the need to exchange visits between officials of the two countries, including trade and industry ministers in the coming period to increase the volume of trade and investment. Jaafari stressed Iraq's keenness to establish the best relations with Saudi Arabia, pointing out that Iraq still needs financial support, humanitarian assistance and reconstruction of the infrastructure of Iraqi cities after their liberation completely from the grip of Daesh terrorist.
