Urgent: Abadi In Riyadh Today To Head A Ministerial And Economic Delegation

BAGHDAD, IRAQ (NINA) - Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi heads to Riyadh on Saturday, heading a high-level delegation of more than a dozen ministers, officials and advisers in the Iraqi government to attend meetings of the Saudi-Iraqi coordination council, on Sunday. Abadi will also visit Egypt, Jordan and Turkey as part of a tour aimed at bolstering relations with these countries and informing them of the latest developments in the liberation of Iraqi cities from the control of Daesh organization and the measures taken against the referendum held by Massoud Barzani in the region. The source pointed out that among the ministers who will accompany Abadi in his visit to Saudi Arabia are trade, industry, foreign affairs, culture and the director general of the border crossings along with many Iraqi businessmen.
