Nasiriyah / NINA / Undersecretary of Foreign Minister, Omar Barzanji said that his ministry is working since 3 years ago in order to join the marshes and Antiquities file to the World Heritage list. He told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "the government was keen to host the heads of Arab and foreign missions in Dhi Qar, so as to see, for themselves, the historical and natural diversity, hoping to write good reports to their countries contribute to support the file of including the marshes of the south and its relics to the world list of heritage. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the province of Dhi Qar, organized a festival in the city of Ur archaeological on Friday, in the presence of the ambassadors of Switzerland, the Philippines, Ukraine, Brazil, Romania, Libya, Mauritania, Palestine, and a representative of the Turkish ambassador, as well as representative of Islamic Cooperation and academy figures within the framework of local efforts to promote including the relics and marshes in south to the World Heritage list. / End
