TURKISH STATE MINISTER: TURKEY & IRAN TO SHARE EXPERIENCES ON PUBLIC PERSONNEL SYSTEM


ANKARA (A.A) - 21.10.2010 - Turkish State Minister Hayati Yazici said Thursday that Turkey would share its experiences with Iran regarding public personnel system and cooperate in managerial organization issue.
Iranian Vice President for Management, Development & Human Resources Lotfollah Faruzandeh-Dehkardi met with Yazici in Ankara on Thursday.
Yazici said that Turkey wanted to coordinate studies on training of civil servants, education of managers, public personnel management and e-state implementations through a protocol.
Turkey and Iran were experienced in public management, and they should share their experiences, Yazici said.
Iranian vice president said that Turkey and Iran were the two important countries of the region in cultural, economic and social aspects.
Both countries are trying to reach international standards, increase competitive power and market share, and follow technologic developments, said Faruzandeh-Dehkardi.
Such developments necessitate two main changes which are transformation in managerial structure and increase in the capabilities of managers and labor force, he added.
Faruzandeh-Dehkardi said that they should further improve themselves in e-state implementation to record progress in commerce.
Managerial systems of Turkey and Iran were very similar, and they should make this system contemporary as well as develop e-state system, Faruzandeh-Dehkardi.
He suggested to prepare a memorandum of understanding which would cover those issues, and also hold a workshop to lift the obstacles before trade.
