Turkish Cypriot President cancels trip to Izmir due to cold

LEFKOSA (A.A) - December 7, 2011 - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Dervis Eroglu cancelled his scheduled trip to the western province of Izmir on Wednesday due to a cold he caught. In a statement released Wednesday, the Turkish Cypriot Presidency said that Eroglu was scheduled to deliver a speech on Cyprus at the Ege University and attend the inauguration of the Izmir 2011 Tourism Fair.
