TURKEY AND LEBANON SIGN SIX AGREEMENTS, ERDOGAN


ANKARA (A.A) - 11.01.2010 - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Monday that Turkey and Lebanon signed six agreements, including an arrangement envisaging removal of visa requirements reciprocally.
Speaking at a joint news conference with Prime Minister Sa'ad al-Din al-Hariri of Lebanon, Erdogan said the two countries also signed deals on areas of health, agriculture, military cooperation, transportation and education.
Erdogan said Lebanon started to take steps towards a peaceful future following establishment of the new government.
