TRA clinches prize

Manama, April 5 (BNA)-- Bahrain Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) won an appreciation prize in customers experience management in the telecommunication sector. The prize, grabbed during the 3rd Middle East annual summit in Dubai on March 31, was a tribute to TRA initiatives and achievements. Telecommunications companies from around the world lauded TRA's relentless efforts to boost the telecommunication sector and optimise customer-oriented services.
