TIKA to partner with Khovd aimag

Khovd /MONTSAME/. The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) is to partner with Khovd aimag. Head of the Ulaanbaatar Program Coordination Office Emrah Ustaomer, Project Assistant Manager P.Nyambayar and Turkish businessman O.Ozkan worked in the aimag. During their visit, Head of the Citizens’ Representative Khural of the aimag G.Purevgandi, aimag governor B.Dugerjav as well as other officials received the representatives to discuss further partnership as well as projects and programmes to be implemented in Khovd aimag. The governing body of the aimag put forward requests to partner in large-scale projects in agriculture, health and education sectors, such as renovating the regional diagnostic and treatment center, renewing the kitchen equipment in the 24 kindergartens in the aimag and building a park in the Rashaant and Naran baghs of Jargalant soum. The TIKA representatives accepted their requests, and got acquainted with the operations of the regional diagnostic and treatment center and the Kindergarten No.5 of Jargalant soum as well as the area where the park is to be built.
