Third Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition Concludes

Doha, March 16 (QNA) - The Third Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition concluded here this evening at the Qatar International Exhibition Centre, with a large number of visitors, guests, participants from inside and outside Qatar and those interested in agriculture attending. HE Sheikh Dr. Faleh bin Nasser Al Thani, Assistant Undersecretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of Ministry of the Environment, who is also Chairman of the Steering Committee Organizing the exhibition, praised in a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA) at the end of the exhibition, the generous sponsorship of HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of the exhibition which confirms the interest of the wise leadership in the agricultural sector and the desire to promote it in various fields. He also lauded the following up by HE Minister of Environment Abdullah bin Mubarak bin Aabboud Moudadi and the interest he has shown until the Exhibition has achieved the desired success. He further said that the three-day exhibition has provided a great opportunity for investors in the agricultural field including governments, individuals and companies, to get acquainted with the latest findings of the world in the field of agriculture in both its plant and animal sectors.(QNA)
