Terrorist group eliminated in Kazakhstan

Five members of a terrorist group, including their leader, eliminated Saturday in the Boralday village in Ili district of Almaty region, Kazinform reports quoting the press service of the Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan. Members of the group at November 8, 2011 had killed two police officers and planned to carry out new violent attacks in the city of Almaty. December 3, during search operations leader and several members of the group were discovered in the village Boralday. The criminals had an active armed resistance to the police forces. After the failure of voluntary surrender, and in response to armed resistance, five members of a terrorist group, including their leader, had been eliminated.
