Suspect to stand trial for call to break rally laws

Manama, July 9 (BNA): Investigations have been carried out into a notice from the Capital Governorate Police Directorate regarding the participation of a man in a public forum in which he explicitly incited to break the law regulating rallies, the Capital Governorate Deputy Prosecutor Mohammad Abdullah stated. The suspect has been referred to the fourth Lower Criminal Court to stand trial on July 13, he added. The suspect had been questioned by the Public Prosecution, confronted with the recording of his speech and detained pending further investigations after he was accused of inciting to transgress the laws.
