Supreme Judicial Council President leaves for Egypt

Manama, Dec. 9 (BNA): President of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Cassation Court Chancellor Salim Al Kuwari left for Egypt on an official visit which aims to sign the by-law and announce the establishment of the Arab Union for Administrative Courts on December 12 in a major celebration at the Egyptian State Council. Chancellor Al Kuwari attended a preliminary conference to discuss the setting up of the union which aims to unify visions in the Arab administrative judiciary and exchange experiences in this respect. The Arab Union for Administrative Courts will issue a periodic magazine publishing legal and judicial researches and studies as well as issues related to bodies relevant to the administrative judiciary.
