Strong northwesterly winds expected

Manama, July 14 (BNA): The Kingdom will be affected by moderate to active northwesterly winds on Thursday, becoming stronger with rising sand and dust on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, an official source at the Meteorological Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications announced, adding that the weather will be mild and temperature will go down overnight because of low humidity. The same source urged seafarers to be cautious. On Monday, winds will become easterly and their speed will decrease. It is to be noted that maximum average temperature in July is 38 C, while minimum is 30 C.
