Strong Bahraini-UAE relations hailed

Manama, Nov. 4 (BNA): Minister of Labour and Social Development Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan received here today the UAE Ambassador to Bahrain Abdul Ridha Abdulla Khouri. The minister lauded the advanced level of the solid Bahraini-UAE relations, strengthened thanks to the interest of their leaderships in constantly bolstering them for the best interests of their brotherly peoples. He discussed with the ambassador ways to bolster bilateral cooperation in various fields, especially regarding developing competencies, preparing youth and increasing their integration chances in the Labour market, improving productivity, as well as the exchange of expertise and successful experiences to develop the labour market's systems and workforce in the two brotherly countries. They also discussed consolidating joint cooperation in sustainable development programmes, including the provision of social protection and services for various segments, in line with the countries' governments' interest in ensuring welfare and requirements of decent life for all the citizens.
