State Secretary of Kyrgyzstan meets with President of Kazakhstan

Bishkek, Dec. 22, 2022 / Kabar/. State Secretary of Kyrgyzstan Suyunbek Kasmambetov attended the reception of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev as part of his visit to Astana. The meeting was also attended by former President of Turkey Abdullah Gul, former President of Mongolia Nambaryn Enkhbayar. The Kyrgyz State Secretary congratulated Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on his re-election as the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and welcomed the ongoing reforms in Kazakhstan The leader of Kazakhstan expressed his gratitude to the guests for their participation in the First Central Asian Media Forum, which took place on December 20-21 in Astana. He stressed that all-round cooperation and cultural activities will help strengthen friendship and harmony between the countries. In addition, during the meeting, the President of Kazakhstan and the Secretary of State of Kyrgyzstan exchanged views on the friendship and culture of the two peoples and mutual fraternal relations. Last week, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed an order to award State Secretary Suyunbek Kasmambetov with the Order of Friendship of the II degree.
