Speaker receives NIHR vice president

Manama, Sept. 16 (BNA): Speaker Ahmed Ibrahim Al Mullah received National Institute for Human Rights (NIHR)'s vice president Abdullah Ahmed Al Derazi, praising the Institution's accomplishments and key role in boosting and protecting human rights in the Kingdom. The Speaker pointed out the importance of concerted efforts and coordination between the National Institution for Human Rights and various governmental and private institutions and departments. He also praised the Kingdom's achievements in terms of human rights development, democratic reforms, constitutional institutions, economic development and activation of community partnership in decision-making aimed to achieve national and citizens interest.
