Speaker receives Chinese Ambassador

Manama, Mar8(BNA)Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla has today received outgoing Chinese Ambassador Li Chen and commended his role in consolidating joint trade and military cooperation. The Speaker affirmed the keenness of the legislative branch of government on bolstering parliamentary, economic and educational cooperation for the sake of the two countries' interests. The meeting was attended by Council of Representatives Second Deputy Speaker MP Abdulhalim Mourad and Services Committee Chairman MP Abbas Al-Madhi.
