Sout Al-Rayyan Presents New Musical Nights at Souq Waqif

Doha, April 18 (QNA) - Sout Al-Rayyan radio station will organize new events as part of the Souq Waqif weekly sessions on Thursday and Friday, with the participation of distinguished Gulf artists singing Qatari folk tunes to weekend visitors. Qatari artist Issa Al-Kubaisi will join the melodic nights to present a mix of folk songs on Thursday. Singers Khalid Al-Mullah and Abood Khawaja will join Friday for another musical night. Sout Al-Rayyan presents special weekly events with popular folk artists, in addition to folklore parties which have been a hit among Souq visitors. The Souq nights revive the folk genre by bringing together Gulf and Qatari artists and their fans. (QNA)
