Solid Bahraini-Qatari relations praised

30 (BNA): The Bahraini Ambassador to Qatar has been requested to convey to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa the greetings of the Deputy Qatari Amir Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani and his wishes of further progress and prosperity to Bahrain, under his leadership. The Deputy Amir lauded the depth of the solid fraternal relations bonding Bahrain and Qatar, affirming constant keenness to strengthening them to achieve the aspirations of their brotherly peoples. He also praised the role played by the kingdom to support Arab and Islamic issues and champion them at various gatherings. This came as the Deputy Amir received at the Amiri Diwan today the outgoing Bahraini Ambassador to Qatar Waheed Mubarak Sayyar, and wished him every success in his future assignments. He hailed the good efforts exerted by the ambassador throughout his tenure, which, he said, contributed to enhancing the deep-rooted outstanding bilateral relations. The Bahraini ambassador expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Qatari Amir and all officials for their cooperation with him.
