Shura committee reviews report

Manama, Nov.6 (BNA): The Shura Council committee in charge of replying to the royal keynote speech convened and reviewed its final report. Chaired by Shura Council First Deputy Chairman Jamal Fakhro, the panel made some changes to the final draft, taking into account the directives cited in the royal address, which focused on achieving sustainable development, keeping abreast of regional political and economic changes and alleviating financial burdens without impacting citizens or affecting services and development projects. The panel will submit the final version of the report to the Shura Council Chairman, who will then put it on the agenda of an upcoming session.
