Shaikh Nasser inaugurates Real Madrid Academy in Bahrain

Manama, May. 7. (BNA) -- Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Royal Charity Organisation (RCO), Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa inaugurated the Real Madrid Charity Football Academy in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The event took place on Tuesday, in the presence of SCYS Secretary-General and President of Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Shaikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa and RCO General Secretary Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed. On the occasion, HH Shaikh Nasser hailed the exceptional patronage granted by RCO Honorary Chairman HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to RCO and for sponsoring orphans under the care of the organisation. Real Madrid Organisation was praised by HH Shaikh Nasser for their support to the needy, widows and charity works within their social partnership activities. Dr. Al Sayed expressed his gratitude to HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Shaikh Nasser for their constant care and support to RCO, affirming that all at the organisation are sparing no efforts to accomplish His Majesty’s visions to improve RCO’s humanitarian and social role, as well as its services to beneficiaries. He also extended his sincere appreciation to Real Madrid Organisation and Bahrain Football Association (BFA) for their endeavors to spread awareness on the teachings and ethics of football. Children of both genders aging between 6 to 17 years are welcomed to register in the academy, which abounds with efficient and accredited Real Madrid trainers, specialists and academics. Real Madrid Organisation looks forward to develop children’s social and communication skills in the frame of football. It also aims to integrate orphaned children with the rest of the community and assist them in achieving personal balance and liberate from stress by practicing football. W H Q
