Sadyr Zhaparov to speak at 77th session of ESCAP via videoconference

Bishkek, April 26, 2021. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov will take part today in the opening of the 77th session of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), which is held in Bangkok (Thailand) via videoconference, his press service said. The head of state will deliver a welcoming speech in which he reflects the vision of the further development of the Organization and the development of joint solutions to strengthen economic cooperation in the region during the coronavirus pandemic. The event will be attended by the leaders of the ESCAP member countries. The 77th session of ESCAP will be held from 26 to 29 April 2021 and is dedicated to the theme “Post-crisis recovery on a better-than-before basis through regional cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region”.
