Sadyr Zhaparov congratulates Xi Jinping on Spring Festival

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov congratulated President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping on the Spring Festival, the press service of the Kyrgyz president said. In his congratulation message President Zhaparov noted that the high level of strategic partnership and active cooperation in multilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and China. “Last year, the world faced a global challenge in the form of the coronavirus pandemic. Under your wise leadership, the spread of the disease in China has been successfully stopped. In addition, China makes an invaluable contribution to combating the spread of the pandemic around the world, including in the Kyrgyz Republic. I am confident that our countries will jointly overcome all the negative consequences of COVID-19,” the congratulatory message says. Zhaparov also stressed the readiness of the Kyrgyz side to make every effort to further strengthen bilateral relations in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres on the basis of good neighborliness, friendship and mutual understanding. Sadyr Zhaparov wished Xi Jinping health, prosperity and success in his responsible government activities, and peace and development to the friendly Chinese people.
