RPDC Chairman meets Amnesty International delegation

Manama, May 8 (BNA) – Chairman of Prisoners and Detainees Commission (RPDC), Nawaf Mohammad Al-Maawda, today received Amnesty International delegation comprising Saeed bomadoha and Saeed Hadadi. RPDC Chairman reviewed RPDC role in monitoring all prisons and detention centers ensure fair conditions and treatment the prisoners and detainees receive there. The parties discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the RPDC field of work. A number of RPDC members attended the meeting, including Dr. Jawahir Al-Mudhhiki, Maria Khori, Ahmed Al-Maliki and Atyiatallah Hassan Rohani. MJ
