Royal Guard Commander gives lecture on art of military leadership

Manama, Apr. 29 (BNA): Commander of the Royal Guard Colonel Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa gave a lecture today at the Shaikh Isa Royal Military College entitled "the Art of Military Leadership". It included many chapters like the concept of the art of military leadership and its elements as well as the art of honing and building the military leadership personality. The Royal Guard Commander spotlighted his personal experience ever since he joined the military field till becoming Commander of the Royal Guard. He also highlighted the main developments he has undergone while leading the Royal Guard. The lecture was attended by the Shaikh Isa Royal Military College Commander and senior officers.
