Reporter questioned over work without authorisation

Manama, July 17 (BNA): Chief Prosecutor Hussain Al Sairafi said the Public Prosecution had received a notification from the Ministry of Information Affairs that a reporter for a foreign news agency was exercising media work without an authorisation. The Public Prosecution launched an investigation into the matter and questioned the reporter who admitted that the accreditation expired in March, but she continued to file reports without obtaining a new authorisation.
